Mark is a Business Strategist who approaches issues with a diverse background and wealth of experience. His business pursuits have included yoga instruction and event creation and promotion. He has studied accounting and history academically, and sits as the treasurer for both the Major Minor Music Project and Calgary Can. Prior to joining Business Link he helped plan, execute and operate the emergeHUB economic development project in east Calgary where he worked directly with growing businesses and was drawn to the problem-solving inherent in entrepreneurship. Mark is fundamentally motivated by the opportunity to build communities by facilitating interactions.
