I am a current Graduate Student in the MSc program of Creativity and Change Leadership at SUNY Buffalo state. I am starting out to venture into establishing my own independent practise in the Creative Facilitation space. I have conducted a few facilitation workshops for small businesses and school teachers. As part of my current profession, working as a Project Manager in a Tech company, I have gained valuable facilitation experience through managing small to large scale projects in the Agile environment. These facilitations were focused towards driving solutions to the tech challenges faced within the projects.
